Reality Check Reminders

In addition to time-out periods, bad8 offers in-session reality check notifications. Self-Exclusion Tools

What Happens During Self-Exclusion

• All marketing emails, SMS messages, and promotional notifications are suppressed for the full duration of the exclusion period.

• Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period expires. Requests to reinstate an excluded account ahead of the agreed end date will not be actioned.
