Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms ", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bad8 ("bad8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://bad8.club. These Terms apply to all services offered through the bad8 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, the Finance / Wallet system, and any promotional or bonus programmes.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or wagering activity on bad8, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally and in full. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on bad8 — including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated.

bad8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of bad8 after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bad8 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bad8 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players found to be under 18 at any stage will have their accounts suspended immediately and all funds held pending review.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your personal capacity.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bad8 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme operated by bad8 or any third-party responsible gaming registry to which bad8 subscribes.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or affiliate of bad8 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners — or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

bad8 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity and age of all registered players. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current identification documents when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bad8 will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed to bad8's satisfaction.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the bad8 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or via a different device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. bad8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any balances, wagers, or bonus credits associated with them.

Registration Requirements

When registering for a bad8 account, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if anything changes. bad8 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bad8 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been carried out by you, regardless of whether you actually authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bad8 support immediately at [email protected].

KYC Document Submission

bad8 may request identity verification documents at any time, including — but not limited to — at the point of first withdrawal, when deposits exceed defined thresholds, or when suspicious activity is detected. Accepted identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may be requested in the form of a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the bad8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bad8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh:

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bad8 does not accept third-party deposits.
• bad8 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits credited to your bad8 BDT wallet are available for use immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• bad8 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if it suspects the funds are proceeds of criminal activity or if the deposit triggers an anti-money laundering alert.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account in the same name as your bad8 account. bad8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• bad8 reserves the right to apply a standard wagering requirement to bonus-funded balances before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• bad8 may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal requests in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile financial service methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfer.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

bad8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup, as well as cultural occasions including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. Players must read and accept those terms before opting in.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balance pools. Real-money funds are used first for wagering unless the player explicitly selects bonus funds.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment account, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• bad8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited and being actively wagered.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through collusion, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will have bonuses voided and accounts reviewed for suspension.

Section 6

Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

bad8 is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bad8 platform, and any player found engaging in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in order to circumvent promotional limits, wagering requirements, or account restrictions.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software bots, automated wagering tools, exploits, or any other technical means.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with bad8 employees for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on sporting events with inside knowledge (match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt insider information).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bad8 customer support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with bad8's platform software, infrastructure, or security systems.

bad8 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems that monitor account activity, wagering patterns, and payment flows on a continuous basis. If suspicious activity is detected, bad8 may freeze funds pending investigation and may request additional documentation or explanation from the account holder.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the bad8 platform — including but not limited to the bad8 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software code, game content, and promotional materials — are the exclusive property of bad8 or are licensed to bad8 by their respective owners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

No content from the bad8 platform may be reproduced, distributed, displayed, transmitted, modified, adapted, or exploited — in whole or in part — without the prior written consent of bad8 or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised use of bad8 intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bad8 platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as a registered player. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, or redistribution of platform content.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bad8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the bad8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or winnings due to technical malfunction, server outage, connectivity failure, or force majeure events beyond bad8's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game outcomes, or promotional communications that result from technical faults, provided bad8 takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of such errors.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials or from your disclosure of those credentials to a third party.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal platform use. Gambling carries inherent financial risk, and bad8 is not responsible for losses arising from wagering activity conducted in accordance with these Terms.

bad8 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bad8 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, accurate, and secure platform operation, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.

Section 9

Account Closure & Termination

Closure by the Player

You may close your bad8 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any outstanding real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your designated payment account following standard withdrawal procedures and KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, bad8 offers self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. A permanently self-excluded account cannot be reopened. Termination by bad8

bad8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, collusion, or criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 (including age verification failure).
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure.

Where an account is closed by bad8 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If bad8 determines following investigation that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned via the player's standard payment method. If a material breach is confirmed, bad8 reserves the right to permanently forfeit the account balance.

Section 10

Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments

bad8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, bad8 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to registered players before the changes take effect. For minor or clarificatory amendments, changes may take immediate effect upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the bad8 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the platform and submit an account closure request as described in Section 9.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the agreement entirely. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bad8 in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements between you and bad8 on the subject matter herein.
